What does an AMC include?
Depending on your tier: 2–4 preventive maintenance visits, a set number of call-outs, optional pest control and water tank cleaning, carpentry/painting labour hours, and 24/7 customer support. See the table above for full tier details.
What happens during a preventive maintenance visit?
Our technicians carry out a comprehensive inspection of your AC units, electrical panel, plumbing fixtures and building fabric. You receive a written condition report after every visit.
What is a call-out?
A call-out is when you contact us with a specific maintenance problem and we dispatch a technician to diagnose and resolve it. Your AMC tier determines how many are included and the guaranteed response time.
Are materials and spare parts included?
Materials are included up to the allowance specified in your tier (HomeCare+ and above). Costs above the allowance are charged at the discounted AMC rate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes — upgrade at any time by paying the difference. Downgrades processed at the annual renewal date.
What if I don't use all my visits?
Preventive visits and call-outs expire at the end of the contract year. We proactively remind you to schedule all included visits.
Can I get an AMC for a rental property?
Absolutely — AMCs are popular with landlords and property investors. We co-ordinate all works directly with your tenant.
What payment options are available?
Annual payment (5% discount) or monthly via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or post-dated cheques.
Can I add multiple properties to one AMC?
Yes — we offer multi-property packages for landlords and property managers. Contact us to discuss a customised portfolio plan.
